Returning a Damaged Item
If you get a damaged item from us, here's what to do:
- Make a Video: When you open the package, record a video of the whole process. This is very important for us to help you.
- Check the Item: Make sure the item is really damaged and not broken by you. It should be unused and still in the box it came in.
- Tell Us: If you receive an item and find that it is damaged, please report it to us immediately.
- Get a Return Ticket: We'll give you a special number for your return.
- Send It Back: You need to send the damaged item back to us within 24 hours of getting the return number. You'll pay for sending it back to us.
- We'll Send a New One: We'll send you a new item. We'll pay for shipping this new item to you.
- Get Your Money Back (for Shipping): If the item you sent back was really damaged, we'll give you back the money you spent on sending it back to us.
Important Notes:
- We won't take returns if you broke the item yourself or if it has only small scratches.
- This policy can change at any time.
